About Me

I am Brianne, born and bred in Alabama, so my Southern roots run deep. I am known for sticking my feet in my mouth and unknowingly butchering the English language daily.  I absolutely adore interior design and decorating. In fact, I love anything creative including party planning, crafts, drawing, and writing. I have been married to my husband for sixteen years and we have two boys. I am a post-partum depression survivor (and I deserve waaay more than T-shirt for that). It has been a crazy, stressful, wonderful, tear-filled adventure that I wouldn’t trade for anything. It has changed who I am. I have a passion for being real about life with other women, so they don’t feel alone. I have learned to laugh at myself and am still trying to dispel the myth that other women “have it all together”. I believe each person has an incredible story; that God has a purpose for every one. I want to be the best me I can be, whether in womanhood, motherhood, parenthood, or any other “hood” I might be wearing….all the while, sipping on a tall glass of sweet tea.
